ABOUT

Ben has a strong commitment to environmental architecture, having contributed award-winning sustainable designs to prominent architectural firms in Sydney for over 15 years. He is now operating his own architectural practice based in Thirroul, on the NSW South Coast.

Holding qualifications in both Architecture and Environmental Science, Ben offers a distinctive approach to residential and other projects. His comprehensive understanding encompasses both active and passive environmental systems, which he integrates into all stages of a design, from the initial site planning to the final interior elements. 

Additionally, Ben possesses specialised knowledge in bushfire-resilient design. His extensive research in this area was recognized with the David Lindner Prize from the Australian Institute of Architects (NSW Architecture Awards).
